In light of the current situation, we want to assure you that we are taking extra precautions to disinfect all packages before, during, and after packing. We understand that timely delivery is important to you, and we want to provide clarity on our shipping process and any potential delays you may experience.
Dispatch
When it comes to dispatching your order, please refer to the product page for specific information. The indicated number of business days reflects our current order backlog, which is typically around 2 days. However, for certain products, there may be additional sourcing or processing time required before shipping.
Shipping
While we strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, please be aware that there may be occasional delays beyond our estimated dispatch date. This is due to the ever-changing state and local lockdown rulings, especially in regions such as the north east, the state of Kashmir, or certain southern states. These changes can impact the delivery timelines of our couriers.
It is important to note that shipping delays may occur even beyond the estimated time of arrival (ETA) provided by your courier’s shipment tracking page. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding during these challenging times.
Dispatch Time
Our dispatch time varies based on different scenarios:
Dispatches in 24 Hours*
For products marked with this label, verified orders are shipped within 24 business hours of receiving payment. Rest assured that each product undergoes thorough testing and verification before being shipped from our facility.
Dispatches in ‘Indicated’ Days*
For products labeled with a specific number of days, we transfer the product from our remote facility to the delivery facility (Warehouse) once you complete the checkout process. This transfer may take a couple of days, as mentioned in the delivery details column on the product page. Once the product arrives at the delivery facility, it undergoes testing and is then shipped out to you.
However, please understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that could cause some orders to take longer to arrive. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated dispatch time due to such circumstances, we will reach out to you to discuss whether you would like to proceed with your order.
Delivery Expectation
Most customers receive their product(s) within 12-15 business days of placing their order. Products shipped with Free Shipping mostly reach customers within 15 days. Products shipped through OCTAVE Express reach customers within 7 days. Musical instruments and pro audio equipment are fragile and sensitive products and need to be tested and packaged carefully. While we are unable to ship at lightning fast speeds, our methods ensure a near-zero transit-damage rate in India, and we’d like to keep it that way. Getting your product safely to you is our topmost priority.
Shipping Options
To provide you with flexibility, we offer Express Shipping for most products. This ensures faster delivery and allows you to receive your gear in a timely manner. Please note that shipping options may vary depending on the product and your location.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please submit the Contact Us form on our website or call us at 91-9795271510. All returns must be authorized, and the return shipment must be mailed within the designated return window.
Once we receive the returned package at our facility, we will initiate the refund process. The refunded amount will be transferred to your bank account within 3 to 5 business days, as per banking and payment gateway norms.
If, for any unforeseen circumstance, we are unable to pick up your shipment, you may need to ship the products to our facility. In such cases, the logistic charges involved will be refunded to you after the product reaches us.
We understand the importance of timely refunds, and we strive to process them as quickly as possible. Please note that the time taken to process the refund and credit the amount to your bank account may vary but typically falls within 5-7 working days.
